Offer:
The vehicle fleet is being offered from various insolvency proceedings.Please note that for vehicles offered ‘subject to conditions’ in the online auction, we can only confirm the sale once we have received the creditors’ approval. This may require notification of the intention to sell in accordance with Section 168 et seq. of the Insolvency Code! This process can take approximately 2 weeks after the bid has been accepted.
If we receive the creditor’s consent to the sale, the invoice will be issued to the highest bidder
only after we have received the vehicle documents from the creditor. Experience shows that this process
can take from 2 weeks up to 2 months!
